Tools for equality (EN)

Problem:

Difficulties for companies in implementing the new employment equality regulations, including equal pay, and in adopting the instruments required by these regulations.

Solution:

To help companies to address, successfully, the development of equality plans, retributive (remuneration, pay) registers and retributive (remuneration, pay) audits and to develop evaluation procedures of jobs positions.

Description of the policy / project

Development of tools aimed at guiding companies in complying with legislation on equality in employment. These tools include: a Guide for the elaboration of equality plans and training pills, a Technical Guide for conducting gender-sensitive retributive (remuneration, pay) audits, a Pay Register Tool, a Tool for gender-sensitive job evaluation and a Tool for self-diagnosis of the gender pay gap, as well as questionnaires and kits for the implementation of measures.
